“It’s hard to make clients believe in us, but keep them to always believe in us is the most difficult one”The sentence above shows us that relationship with clients is important thing in doing business. So we should not have to disappoint them. No excuse for any reason. That’s why we have to give them best services we have.
The next question, is it enough to maintain the relationship by only giving them our best services? No, we should give them more than just best services. As what they need is not only it. They also need your guarantee or protection that everything will goes well.
Usually they will ask us to protect the project by insurance. It’s a common thing to do in business. As we do not really know what will happen to this project. As a professional you have to complete this.
