Like what i’ve written before, which you can read here about price war in telecommunication industry in Indonesia. A few days ago Indosat launched their new product’s rate (IM3). Indosat put IM3’s rate lower than what have XL done with kartu bebas. They set IM3’s rate IDR 0.01 per second. Indosat set the schema of IM3’s rate like kartu bebas, which fluctuates from minutes to minutes. XL be the first in setting low price through their product’s (kartu bebas) rate IDR 1 per second. Telkomsel already decreased their product’s rate too. simPATI has rate IDR 0.5 per second after one minute talk.
The facts that i’ve explained above describe how telecommunication operators already trapped in price war. And it seems that they can not get out from this in short time. The question is, Is it good or not? (more…)

As a main city in United Kingdom, London has become the main destination for people who visit this country. As so many people go there, London completed by so many option of transportation facilities. There are taxi, bus and coach, road (car), rail and plane of course.
For you who live far away from this city especially for foreigner, plane must be your first choice. To handle a lot of people who come to and leave from London, this city supported by around. For example is there are some airports around the city. One of them is Luton Airport, previously Luton International Airport.
Luton Airport is the forth busiest Airport in London area. For you who go there by car and plan to park your car while you leave, there are so many park service providers who will help you takes care your car. One of them is at parking4less. (more…)

Be creative and innovative!!
This year, 2008 will become a year with very hard competition for all companies in Indonesia. Especially… for telecommunication industry, the competition will be so hard. The competition is entering price war. The signs can be seen in operator’s commercials in these recent months. In fact they try to avoid price war. But fail. Three biggest operator (TELKOMSEL, I-SAT and XL) have decreased the price of their product to the lowest stage.
Is it true that they cannot avoid this war? Before we talk further more, it’s better to find out what factors can make price war. Hermawan Kertajaya, world class master of marketing, ever said that at least there are 3 factors. Here they are:
1. There are new comers in telecommunication industry
As we know that there are many new operators in Indonesia. Their (new comer) strategy in setting their product’s price in low level can be understood because they have to attract customers to buy and use their product. (more…)

As a big city in United Kingdom, of course London is the first option you should choose. For you who love football, you can go to many football stadiums there. Because London has many football clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, etc. London is a very complete city for you who love history, architect, ancient things and contemporary things also available there.

Sekilas tentang Ayat-ayat cinta versi The Movie
Walau baru tanggal 28 Februari nanti film Ayat-ayat Cinta premiere di Surabaya, tapi mulai 2 hari yang lalu rekan-rekan di Surabaya sudah bisa mengintip film tsb. Bukan di bioskop tapi di komputer. Yup!! betul sekali, file movie nya sudah beredar luas. Tapi ini bukan hasil rekaman dari orang yang menonton dibioskop (yang biasanya dikasih bonus bayangan penonton yang lagi jalan maupun gemuruh suara penonton :p). Gak tau juga teman-teman ITS (Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember BUKAN Institut Teknologi Surabaya) dapatnya dari mana. Tapi yang jelas kualitas gambarnya sangat tidak mengecewakan alias bagus banget 
Memang susah juga kalau sebuah novel yang sangat fenomenal dibuat versi film nya. Karena eksepektasi dari penggemar (pembaca novel) terlalu tinggi. Sama hal nya dengan film Ayat-ayat cinta ini. Adanya sedikit improvisasi memang tidak masalah ditambahkan. Seperti improvisasi untuk merasionalkan kenapa Maria sampai sakit parah sebelum akhirnya meninggal. Di film ini dikisahkan dia di tabrak lari oleh orang suruhan Bahadur. (more…)

Do you ever feel that your life is so hard? Do you know elephant? Yes, i am sure that we all know that big and strong animal with long trunk and big body. There is a good story about this animal. Here the story …
One day there is a little elephant lost in the village and found by one of the villagers. To avoid the little elephant of being escape, the villager tight that animal on a stick. At first time, the little elephant try to pull its body away but fail. Day by day that animal continue trying but it always end by failed. Till.. that little animal give up.
So where is the point?

Sudah 2 malam ini aku berada di Jogjakarta. Berangkat dari stasiun gubeng Surabaya, naik kereta sancaka minggu sore pukul 15:00 seperti cerita Om Cosa sewaktu mengikuti Talk Show di Jogja beberapa waktu yang lalu. Perjalanan yang seharusnya rata-rata ditempuh 5 jam molor menjadi 6 jam. Gak tau kenapa, tapi yang jelas memang keretanya berjalan agak lambat saat itu, kata bapak disebelahku, yang sudah sering pergi Madiun-Jogja karena rumahnya di madiun dan kerjanya di jogja. Jadi hampir tiap minggu beliau bolak-balik Jogja-Madiun & Madiun-Jogja.
Tiba di stasiun Tugu pukul 21:00 aku langsung keluar mencari TAXI. Setelah beberapa waktu mencari akhirnya kutemukan TAXI yang sesuai. Maksudnya yang bersih dan tentunya pakai argo. Emang ada TAXI yang gak pakai argo? Juga kata bapak sebelahku tadi “biasanya kalau malam agak sulit untuk mencari TAXI yang mau pakai argo meter”. Jadi sampeyan harus pinter-pinter nawar nasehat beliau.
Hari itu hujan menyelimuti kota Jogja sejak sore, hampir mirip dengan surabaya, suasana seperti itu semakin membuatku ingin segera sampai di hotel untuk segera merebahkan punggung ini. (more…)
